The medium-duty ORBIS BulkPak® 4048 GP Series was designed  for a wide variety of product sizes, shapes and weights. These reusable collapsible containers allow more parts to be handled, stored and shipped…with fewer containers and in fewer trips. The advanced bin design results in a consistent tare weight that improves inventory and shipping efficiencies. With weight capacities from 1,500 to 2,000 pounds, these plastic  reusable containers are ideal for all types of food, automotive, industrial and beverage applications, as well as for international shipments.

• Structural-foam molded in high density polyethylene 
• 100% recyclable
• 8 heights: 32”, 34”, 36”, 38”, 39”, 43”, 46” and 50” 
• Doors: 0, 1 or 2 doors on the 40” side (Door configurations vary by model)
• Base: All plastic picture frame bottom on all container sizes reduces risk of "short forking". Footcaps available on 32”, 46” & 50"
• Sidewalls: Solid sidewalls on all bulk bin sizes, ventilated sidewalls are available on the 32” and 46” models. Self-standing sidewall design ensures safe and efficient assembly and collapse. 
• Cover: GP4048-SC (structural channel molded)

All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected distribution of load, handling methods, number and type of access doors and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees fahrenheit.
